Register for one or multiple female fitness classes here!
This is a “level 2” workout available to women who have already participated in a BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series or BIRTHFIT Breath & Flow Postpartum Series. You can drop in day of, or register beforehand.
FEMALE FITNESS classes will be held 2x per month on Saturdays from 2pm to 3pm at Rierson FItness. Specific dates will be added as the year progresses. Current dates are:
June: 15th and 22nd
July: 13th and 27th
August: 17th and 24th
This will be a BIRITHFIT style workout with intentional breathing, strength, and conditioning. Come sweat with the best mamas in town!
